MEP Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities: # Responsible for on time co-ordination of MEP activities as per design and project schedule, cost, quality & safety in interior field. # In-charge for overseeing and managing the execution, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical works. # Ensure the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program. # Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant requirements. # Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard. # Review consultant’s design and specification # Complete responsibility to decide on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out by contractors including scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems. # Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met. # Coordination with architects, MEP consultant and contractors # Project planning, Site inspection and site coordination # Certification of contractor’s billing # Weekly & Monthly report preparation Software Skills: # AutoCAD (Required) # MS Office (Required)

Duties and Responsibilities: # Experience in carrying out civil & interior works of housing/residential projects. # Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned construction projects. # Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. # Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status. # Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. # Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. # Certification of contractor’s billing # Report preparation Software Skills: # AutoCAD (Required) # MS Office (Required) # MS Project (Preferred)
